First level - beginners training program, which consists of theoretical and practical classes. The course includes 4 theoretical lessons, in which you will acquire the necessary knowledge of physics, physiology, environment and technical equipment for diving. Classes are coordinated with each client separately, they take place in small groups (2-4 people) at Pleskodāles Street 1a, Riga. In parallel with the theoretical classes, there are 5 practical classes in the pool - they take place in the pool of the Natalija Draudziņa Secondary School sports complex, in the center of Riga. After the practical lessons in the pool, there are 4 lessons in the open water. In suitable weather conditions, these classes take place in Sloka's career, we often go to other countries as well.
