SIA “Electronia” is a rapidly growing company specializing in electronic scrap management and recycling. Expanding production capacity, we are looking for a technically minded and practical specialist who will ensure continuous and safe operation of production equipment, infrastructure and utility systems. Main responsibilities: Ensure continuous operation of production equipment and infrastructure by planning and organizing preventive and current repairs. Perform equipment diagnostics, regular maintenance and necessary repairs, reducing downtime. Plan maintenance schedules and monitor their implementation. Order and inventory spare parts, tools and materials, maintaining a transparent warehouse. Organize and, if necessary, participate in equipment repairs. Ensure continuous production supply of gas, water, heat, compressed air and electricity. Control energy consumption and provide proposals for their optimization. Organize and control outsourced work, including service and economic work, ensuring their timely and high-quality execution. Prepare reports on the work performed, the technical condition of the equipment and the materials used. Participate in projects to improve and modernize production processes Candidate requirements: Secondary specialized or higher technical education. Experience in maintenance, servicing or technical service of production equipment. Ability to read technical documentation, identify and solve technical problems. Computer skills for performing daily work tasks. Category B driver's license. Responsible attitude towards work, equipment and occupational safety. Ability to organize work independently and work in a team. Knowledge of English at a conversational level (understanding of technical terminology is desirable).
